I am a fourth-generation entrepreneur turned founder-advisor and author of the WINS Model™.

Early in my career, I helped scale and lead six companies through successful exits as a co-founder or sales leader, returning more than $3.3 billion to employees and investors.

But the greatest lessons did not come from the exits themselves. They came from the complexity, responsibility, and pressure of scaling sales organizations that were not dependent on me.

That experience forced me to confront a difficult reality: Most founders are not struggling because they lack talent, vision, or work ethic. They are struggling because the way they sell, lead, and earn trust is instinctive rather than systematic.
